Under the Data Protection Act, the Trustees are asking your permission to list ` Friends ' names and addresses on computer purely for the Trusts' own use for the purpose of keeping a list of ` Friends ' and for mailing the Newsletter. This is the only information that will be put on computer and the information will not be passed on to any party outside the Trustees under any circumstances unless specifically requested by LAW.
